Ryan brings a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams across the ServiceNow and enterprise IT landscape. Prior to joining Ushanktech, Ryan served as Chief Technology Officer at Northcraft Analytics, where he led the development and delivery of advanced business intelligence and analytics solutions for enterprise IT organizations. His work focused on integrating data across platforms such as ServiceNow and other critical systems to deliver actionable insights, predictive capabilities, and executive-level visibility.

Jason leads Ushanktech's global sales and marketing strategy, driving brand awareness and revenue growth across key markets.
In 2018, Jason was fortunate to discover “the best kept secret at ServiceNow” while at NovoScale. This, of course, was the tremendous talent of the Latin America team, which he told everyone about. NovoScale became Thirdera, and Jason was fortunate enough to have the best folks in the Western US and Latin America working for him with a simple mission: “Make ServiceNow clients happy and successful”. Upon being acquired by Cognizant, Jason led all of the Americas for the ServiceNow Business Group across Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities, and Retail.
Before that, Jason helped clients throughout the US with enterprise help desk technologies like CA-Netman and Peregrine- PNMS (and did work with Fred Luddy way back in the day). He has been in enterprise technology since 1992 and has helped clients deploy and optimize almost every computing paradigm or platform to come along.
Along this path, Jason has actually run a software company before, including sweating payroll while worrying about SOW creation and execution, recruiting, people and benefits, and, of course, trying not to break the 85% rule. (85% of the time, if you do things right and make your client happy, you’ll be rehired and referred. The other 15% is being hired by bad clients or learning a crucial lesson in f-ing it up).
Jason deeply believes that being the X factor for ServiceNow clients and partners means helping folks with the right answers and the right people, regardless of the outcome for Ushanktech.
Jason spends his spare time gardening, playing music and softball, and working to strengthen his local community through involvement with organizations focused on supporting our military men and women and on anything that helps kids be kids.
Troy Rachey has been with Ushank Tech since its inception in 2022. He built current accounts and works as a Global Key Account Manager, looking after clients and partners alike – many of whom he has had relationships with since Ushank started.
His day-to-day role includes helping direct clients get the most out of their ServiceNow roadmap by helping staff capacity (from one person to entire teams) and brokering help and input from our partners in those specialty areas. He also helps manage our key partners, keeping them ahead of demand for their internal needs and balancing the ebb and flow of Projects. Troy is a very skilled listener and really dives deep into discovery to leverage our global delivery capability to find the right resources.
Troy is also the Founder and President of TJR Universe LLC. He helps clients – many of them are our ServiceNow implementation partners with turnkey pipeline-generation solutions that combine advanced automation with human-led sales execution.
Based in Minnesota and working globally, he is an Eagle Scout and a Lions club member, helping his community in his spare time, while professionally he is deeply committed to building high-performing ServiceNow teams, mentoring the next generation of IT leaders, and driving operational excellence that transforms how enterprises leverage technology for sustainable growth.
Madhukara Herle serves as the Director of Operations India at Ushanktech, bringing deep expertise in technology operations, delivery management, and team leadership. Based out of our India operations center, Madhukara is responsible for overseeing all operational activities, ensuring seamless delivery of ServiceNow talent and solutions to clients across the globe.
Prior to joining Ushanktech, Madhukara held senior leadership roles at leading IT services firms where he successfully built and scaled offshore delivery centers from the ground up. His expertise includes resource planning, quality assurance, process optimization, and cross-cultural team management.
Madhukara is known for his ability to bridge the gap between global client expectations and local execution capabilities. He has successfully managed large teams and consistently delivered projects ahead of schedule while maintaining the highest quality standards.
